Terms of Service
Last updated: 24 July 2026
1. Service provider
SteamPageFix is operated independently by Maksim Iljin in Estonia. Contact: steampagefix@gmail.com.
2. The service
SteamPageFix provides manual Steam store-page reviews, launch-readiness reports, copywriting, and agreed launch support. Every final score, issue, and recommendation is reviewed by a human. The service is advisory: you decide whether and how to implement the recommendations.
3. Inquiry, quote, and contract
Submitting the website form is an inquiry, not a purchase, and no payment is taken through the form. We reply by email with the recommended service, confirmed scope, price, delivery estimate, required materials, payment method, and any project-specific conditions. A paid engagement begins only after you accept that written proposal and payment is received, unless the proposal expressly states otherwise.
4. Client materials and timing
Work starts when payment, the agreed materials, and any required access have been received. Delivery estimates pause while required information or access is missing. You confirm that you have the right to share all submitted copy, screenshots, videos, links, and other assets and that they do not unlawfully infringe third-party rights.
5. Delivery and included follow-up
Fixed-scope reports and copy are delivered by email in the format stated in the proposal. Unless the proposal says otherwise, a Steam Page Checkup or Launch Readiness Report includes one consolidated email clarification round requested within 7 calendar days of delivery. A Launch Copy Kit includes one consolidated revision round requested within 7 calendar days. Clarifications and revisions must relate to the agreed scope; new pages, assets, languages, variants, or strategy work are additional scope. Launch Partner support follows the monthly scope stated in its proposal.
6. Changes and additional scope
Work outside the confirmed scope is not started without written agreement. Additional assets, copy variants, languages, meetings, rush delivery, or major direction changes may require a revised price and timeline.
7. Cancellations and refunds
If you cancel before work starts, payments are refunded except for unavoidable payment-processing charges. After work starts, any refund is limited to the genuinely undelivered portion of the agreed work, calculated according to progress already completed. No refund is due for work already delivered or for delays caused by missing client materials, access, or responses. These terms do not limit any mandatory rights that cannot legally be excluded. Any different project-specific cancellation terms shown in the accepted proposal take priority.
8. Pricing, invoices, and taxes
Website prices are indicative ranges. The final amount and currency are confirmed in writing before payment. Payment is normally required in full before fixed-scope work starts; a different deposit or monthly arrangement may be stated for larger or ongoing engagements. Applicable VAT or other legally required taxes are shown on the invoice or payment request.
9. Intellectual property and confidentiality
You retain ownership of your game and submitted materials. After full payment, project-specific rewritten copy and recommendations may be used for your game and its marketing. SteamPageFix retains ownership of its general methodology, scoring framework, reusable templates, and pre-existing materials. Private or unreleased materials are treated as confidential and are not published as a case study without your permission.
10. No performance guarantee
Recommendations reflect a professional assessment based on the materials available at the time. SteamPageFix does not guarantee wishlists, sales, traffic, visibility, store ranking, press coverage, platform approval, or launch performance. Results also depend on the game, market, execution, traffic quality, timing, and factors outside our control.
11. Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, SteamPageFix is not liable for indirect, consequential, or speculative losses, including lost revenue or launch opportunity. Any aggregate liability connected with a paid engagement is limited to the amount paid for that engagement, except where liability cannot legally be limited.
12. Independent service
SteamPageFix is independent and is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by Valve Corporation. Steam is a trademark of Valve Corporation.
13. Governing law and disputes
These terms are governed by Estonian law, without removing mandatory consumer protections that apply in your country. Please contact us first so we can try to resolve any issue directly. If a dispute cannot be resolved, it may be submitted to the competent courts or another mandatory dispute-resolution body.
14. Changes to these terms
Updated terms apply to future inquiries from the date published. The written proposal accepted for an existing engagement remains the controlling project agreement.
